Review on SS+K by Jeremy Carpenter

I like that we have access to all of our data at any given time so it is easy for us to make changes if needed or see where things are going wrong. They do not always get back to you right away when they say something needs changed but once they do it gets done quickly! Sometimes there can be some lag between what's being said and actually getting implemented. We use them primarily for polling and research. It has been great having someone who knows how to run a survey properly and also know how to interpret results correctly.
