I gave it a star for the volume control because it doesn't have a volume or mute button. As for the noise cancellation, I haven't had a chance to test it yet, but since it sounds good, I think it's okay too. Pros Very comfortable, feels great, not too big and not too small for me, and it fastens with velcro. on the cord so you can wrap part of the cord if it's too long and wrap it with velcro to keep it from hanging down too far. So far it works great too. And I love the fact that it's not just solid black. And the price is good MINUS The microphone can only be used on the left side, which may be a problem for some people. As far as I can see there are no volume or mute controls anywhere.
