I bought this laptop for my daughter to study online. After a couple of weeks, the device would disconnect from WiFi, but then reconnect and work for a while. Then, after 2 months, the machine was rarely connected, so we turned to Asus for a repair. They asked us to send a car. We did what seemed like forever to get him back. Now it's back, I just opened the box. The packaging says there are no problems, everything works. For real?! The first thing I tried was to connect to the internet. nope My guess is that when testing, the repair center forgot to check the PSU they sent. I am very dissatisfied with ASUS, we have a brand new machine that costs nothing.
