It is not 12 " x 12 " as advertised. Approximately 1/8 inch deviation
Not worth returning. Strongly disappointed. I wanted to use this as a 12" x 12" square tracking guide for a friend of mine who makes hundreds of masks for first responders. It's not 12 x 12. Close. Not good enough. This is approximately 1/8 inch. Now I must return to the starting point. No pun. Deeply disappointed. I need this urgently now. I'd be willing to remove that negative review if they really rushed one that's really 12" x 12". Otherwise he stays here.
