Haven't been to the tractor lately but I had to tow a pair of T-bars and it seemed to fit my HandyMan (now sold as Hi-Lift but that's one thing ) and the same) jack. On a flat, dry surface, this works just as shown and saves you the hassle of dealing with a chain (1cm plate fits in your back pocket). I've had no problems with it and would recommend it for pulling steel bars.
