I bought this skirt from Champagne and wore it to my wedding. It was very nice, comfortable material. I have a 27" waist and 39" hips and I bought the small which fits me perfectly. As noted by other reviews, the skirt was VERY long so I had to lose about 6 inches (I'm 5ft 3in). The front of the waistband is smooth and the back is elastic for an easy fit. It also comes with a belt. The skirt was definitely fuller than the model made it out to be, but not by much. It has been packaged inside out for shipping to protect the tulle, so don't think you've been ripped off - turn it right side out and steam/iron to remove any creases. Four stars for length and fluffiness but otherwise very nice, especially for the price. The photographer went on to talk about how beautiful it was in the light.
