I ordered this for my bridesmaids. I ordered 7 small, 1 medium and 1 large. I chose this skirt specifically for the belt. I liked the waistband on this skirt better than any other skirt I could find because it didn't have an elastic band to tie it up in the front, which can look fluffy. I bought this skirt from Champagne and wore it to my wedding. It was very nice, comfortable material. I have a 27" waist and 39" hips and I bought the small which fits me perfectly. As noted by other reviews, the skirt was VERY long so I had to lose about 6 inches (I'm 5ft 3in). The front of the waistband is smooth and the back is elastic for an easy fit.
