The speaker sounds good and is of very high quality and you definitely can't complain about the price, it's about 75% below the retail price. The only bad things or it could use a little more bass but it's crystal clear. And you will no longer be able to receive firmware updates. I contacted the monster and the speaker was removed from their system. So if you get this don't expect to use voice commands as it stinks when recognizing your voice and from what I've read the only way to fix it is to update the firmware which is impossible. But otherwise it's a bargain
