This product is made of faux leather (softer leather) and is of very good quality. I ordered it yesterday and it arrived right away the next day so shipping + shipping was very fast. This bag is also very roomy and I use it for high school. If you plan on carrying a lot of really thick and heavy textbooks, I don't recommend using this bag. It definitely fits a laptop and has plenty of small and large pockets to use. Overall this bag is really good for the price and I would definitely recommend it! It's very cute and worth it ;)
