I love this little gadget. During the pandemic, I've learned to cool down. One thing that has always been a challenge has been pasta and baking a nice flat bun. I've been looking for these pasta rolls all along but never took a scoop and bought one. Now that winter is here, I figured pasta would be my culinary project. After watching so many pasta videos and reading reviews I chose this one for one simple reason. Suction cup. I haven't seen any others that have a good suction cup on the bottom so I can place it anywhere on the counter, not just a clip. With this device, I have a choice of either attachment method, which is great. Sometimes you don't want it to be on the edge of the counter. The scooter works very well and is very easy to use. You start with thicker settings and gradually thin them out to your desired thickness with a simple twist of a knob. If you want to make fresh pasta (which beats nothing!), do yourself a favor and make this small investment. This saves a lot of time and frustration!
