Easy to use, great customer support (even during nights when most of us are asleep).

I've had some errors while installing but it all got fixed by their team within minutes or hours at max! Great product that has helped me save time in data entry tasks which was before my main job as an admin assistant for another large business where we didn't have any such tool yet!! A must try if you want more efficient work flow with least amount possible mistakes from system side. Data collection - easy integration into our ERP so can be used via API straight away without need additional coding; quick turnaround times on changes made both locally & online through dashboard interface/API access even late night / early morning UK hrs.; reports easily generated either using spreadsheet-style functionality integrated directly in application's UI OR PDF report generating capabilities allowing further editing offline.
