Review on 🔧 IRWIN Tools Bi Metal Installation Kit 3111002 by Shawn Reiter

I would like to say that this review focuses more on the accuracy of the sale than the tool itself. The tool itself is intact, seems serviceable and easy to use. durable and well made. The reason for my markings now is to contact the seller and describe the product and its general condition upon delivery. The packaging is obviously very old and exposed to UV light somewhere. I say this because the usual crystal clear blister pack was NONE OF THE ABOVE. The packaging is badly yellowed and actual structural integrity has physically deteriorated. It cracked easily and succumbed easily to my hands. It's hard to tell how long it sat or hung in a window or anywhere in the sun. Unfortunately I didn't buy the product in the box. It just wasn't well represented either by the NIB or by the state in general.
