I like how easy it was for our team members who were new at using this tool as well as those with no SQL experience of any kind to pick up quickly. It's been very helpful in tracking user behaviour across all campaigns which has helped us develop more effective marketing strategies going forward. The dashboard UI needs some work but nothing too major - just make sure you're familiar enough w/ sql before digging into complex reports! We've implemented SAS Analytics within 5 days after starting working together because they have extensive knowledge & support from their own teams when problems arise during implementation. Their helpdesk responds fast so if an issue arises don't be afraid to call them directly or reach out via email. They also do live training sessions where everyone can learn what SAS Analytic services offer even though there might already exist internal expertise among staffs involved with analytics tasks.
