A powerful tool that assist employees well

I love how easy it was for me as an admin user; creating new customer accounts or signing up users using their own google account makes this very fast because there's no need of downloading any software like other providers provide! Also i feel sometimes when some one doesn't have time in doing something they should get help from support team but still its working fine with my current knowledge level so can be considered ok even if minor issues arises! No dislikes yet everything works nice just

  • Very quick response once we contact them about problems encountered, also helpful suggestions provided without delay !Great tool that really helped us achieve what ever goals were set before starting implementing such services !!

  • Not much experienced staff members who could assist you whenever needed

Amazing analytics & great people behind

The ease of use and how quickly I was able to get up and running with our team. It's very intuitive and easy for non-technical users to set up and use. The support staff at Sherlock are also fantastic to work with. Nothing really! We've had some issues but they were addressed immediately. Easy to Use & Powerful Analytics Tool

We were looking for an easy-to use reporting tool with detailed analytics reports so our sales team could stay up - date within their accounts easily without having multiple tools open at once or needing tons of resources from different teams internally as well; this was exactly what I found in Sherly! The UI/UX design looks amazing too which makes it even better than any other software out there today! Not much downside really but maybe some people may find using certain features difficult…

Great platform that really helps boost ROI

I like how easy it was for our team members who were new at using this tool as well as those with no SQL experience of any kind to pick up quickly. It's been very helpful in tracking user behaviour across all campaigns which has helped us develop more effective marketing strategies going forward. The dashboard UI needs some work but nothing too major - just make sure you're familiar enough w/ sql before digging into complex reports! The best thing I like was how it worked with my Salesforce org as well so all of our leads were connected in one place which made for easy reporting/data analytics using PowerBI or Excel. There's nothing really bad at this point but if there could be more connectors available such as Zapier would help! If you're looking into something similar then definitely try out Sherlock first because they have some cool integrations including Slack & Dropbox where people can easily share files directly…

Great Analytics Tool that is User Friendly

I like how easy it was for me to navigate around in my account to find more insights into user behavior or customer service opportunities. It's also nice knowing there were people working behind the scenes looking out for issues and problems I might have had with Holmes so they could address them as soon as possible!
