The ease of use and how quickly I was able to get up and running with our team. It's very intuitive and easy for non-technical users to set up and use. The support staff at Sherlock are also fantastic to work with. Nothing really! We've had some issues but they were addressed immediately. If you're looking for a tool that will help you understand what your customer base is doing in real time, then this is it. We have been able to see where our customers spend most of their time and understand how each part of our site is being used. This has allowed us to make changes to our product as well as our marketing strategy to take advantage of these areas.
