I like how easy it was for me to navigate around in my account to find more insights into user behavior or customer service opportunities. It's also nice knowing there were people working behind the scenes looking out for issues and problems I might have had with Holmes so they could address them as soon as possible! Nothing specific right now but overall this tool has been great at solving our analytics needs without much effort required from us developers/marketers. We're able solve some of these questions by writing custom queries. Definitely worth checking out if you need help answering certain analytics related questions.
