I've been wearing XXL Flexfit for years but wanted to try a cap with some mesh. Took and chance on this and Yay it fits my 24" with inside room perfect and velcro length to spare. It's also got just enough crown structure to avoid the floppy Dad hat effect and the opposite 59Fifty erection. But from the photos I didn't expect quite the amount of curve on the brim. I tried putting a half gallon jug of water on the brim on a table for around 30 hours and it came out better for me. But after a couple of hours it's back to that same curve.
