Perfect! This bottle keeps things hot or cold. I only use mine for a water bottle to make sure I'm getting all my ounces in--and it's the best! Stays cold for a long time and easy to slip into a gym back or purse. I got the larger size and I love it. So much cheaper than the swell bottles and made just as well!
