The most helpful thing about this software, to me as least, is that it allows you to schedule your releases for maximum efficiency. When I send out my newswire (press release) they are all automatically set up with an exact date/time so there's no guessing which one will go live first. It can be confusing at times when trying to figure out how to use some of the features but once you understand it, it makes sense! Nothing in particular. Just getting used to using the program as opposed to just sending our own emails manually. This way we don't have to spend time doing things ourselves each week, saving us valuable time.
