We just moved to the beach with our 6 month old and needed some sort of beach cover for him. We have used it a few times and it is great for what it is - it provides shade for the baby and one other person and still allows breeze through. The fact that it has a bottom and you are sitting directly on the sand is nice too as a sandy baby is a mess! It is a bit tricky to fold down at first, but once you get it it is actually pretty easy.However, I prefer just using a beach umbrella. The tent separates you from other beach goers in its attempt to keep you shaded. And there's not even enough room in there for a chair.
