Broken on arrival, after replacement there were no problems.
The hob arrived with a broken grate, similar to a complaint from another customer. The rear right burner did not ignite either. It was an internal wiring problem, so the product had to be returned after installation. Luckily, Revain's customer service is excellent. Hopefully my replacement will not be damaged. Update: The replacement arrived undamaged. Installed and the stove works great. The handles are plastic as some other reviewers have mentioned. Basically, I am satisfied with the device and the price. I could have avoided the hassle of installing two, but everything else worked fine.
