I built this ceiling light to illuminate dishes at night - the builder didn't bother placing the light above the sink. Everything was assembled in about 15 minutes, including screwing on the cornice bracket I used over the cabinets and twisting and tying the cords decoratively. I used these and two singles for a total of five lights. A few weeks later I found these manzanita branches and spent another 10 minutes artistically tying them. Forget the decoration and you have an instant setup and job. Night. I also love how you can turn them on and off on any lightbulb - there are literally endless possibilities between this and a dimmer - anything between ON and OFF. In short, I had fun making it, I love how it works (I use it more than the built-in backlight!), and I love how it looks.
