Winner is Microsoft!

Bought for my grandson to enter the institute in August. For him it was an instant blow. In addition, Microsoft protected it with exceptional packaging that saved the laptop from damage caused by careless packing by the carrier. Every corner of the Microsoft box was dented or crushed. There was no protective coating at all to keep the laptop box from dangling in the flimsy shipping box. What an outstanding work by Microsoft. Fire your carrier. This company should be punished!
