So far so good with the extension. What sets this band apart from others is the ease with which it can be attached to a wall or the side of a table or bedside table. It features screw mounts on the top and bottom of each end so you can easily mount it where you want. When I've read descriptions of items like this they either don't have a wall mount option or they have hidden ones that you have to line up exactly with the hidden screws and then hope you blindly find them when you mount them. with fastening material works as described. So far there are no problems. I bought 5 for our office but will be buying more for my bedroom at home.
