Design flaw. The tube connecting the shelf to the side frames of the shelf often fell off. It has fallen apart several times on its own or while applying the product. You are not allowed to carry kitchen items such as cans, groceries, or anything over a few pounds. Wire shelves have large holes and are not strong, they will deform. I have to put cardboard boards on top to keep it flat for storing items. I have had this device for 5 months. Fell many times. Today when I was in the kitchen it collapsed. All of my vitamins, groceries, etc. fell on the floor. Luckily I caught all the glass bottles so the liquid inside didn't spill onto the floor. It was a disaster. Also, I ordered a unit five months ago but they sent two and charged me for two. I have to send this huge box back. I have requested a refund for the returned product. All in all, it's a very unpleasant experience.
