I was really hoping for this rack. I pressed the rods into the black plastic holders. It was very poor from the start but thought towels and blankets would be fine. I didn't fold it but put 6 towels and 3 blankets in it - a thin sheet and 2 jugs of detergent. collapsed! The entire floor was littered with bedding. Not happy at all. Don't buy this.

Just to get this straight to all potential buyers: DO NOT expect to put anything heavy on these shelves. If you must, alternative plastic and metal shelving can be found here and in many other stores. These shelves are really meant for light clothing and that's about it. If that's all you need, then this will fit your needs. If you have or need to store something else, look elsewhere. The frame can be bent very easily with a considerable weight.

Very easy to assemble as no tools are required but I would recommend using a rubber mallet to help get the bars into the black plastic parts. It fits perfectly in my closet but is definitely only for light stuff like clothes or blankets. The shelves are a bit flimsy (I can see the shelves flex when I put 10+ pound items on one shelf for example). Otherwise, it's cute and cheap. I was only able to return it because I needed something more durable to hold 40+ lb items on the shelf.

I took a chance on these shelves by ordering 2. I thought they looked good quality. I was not disappointed. They are very well designed. They are very easy to assemble. The parts are all the same and interchangeable. There is no up, down, left or right. Even the shelves can be turned in any direction, not up or down. Tools are not required. Everything fits. I don't know what to store in this block It should be something very wide, short and heavy. Most of the things I wanted to store on it would fall through or tip over and fall off if I tried to place them on flimsy, ill-fitting shelves. Design flaw. The tube connecting the shelf to the side frames of the shelf often fell off. It has fallen apart several times on its own or while applying the product.
