I seem to be having misfires in my BMW and changing the spark plugs has solved the problem in the past. The spark plugs only seemed to last 20,000 miles this time, so I figured I'd change the coils as well, just in case that was part of the problem. and at that price a replacement 6 was almost as cheap as an OEM replacement. one. Unfortunately the old adage is too good to be true and you get what you pay for. After changing the spark plugs and coils, at least one cylinder failed and the engine ran very rough. I replaced the new coils with my old ones and the motor ran great. So I had to send them back to where they came from. And I guess I'll wait until I actually need the coils and move on to OEM next time.
