I was worried they wouldn't stick well enough with plain glue but that definitely wasn't a problem in the bedroom or garage where I put them. in use. I especially like that I was able to attach the bedroom stopper to our new hardwood floor without drilling it and still prevented the door from opening in just the right spot so I could still climb behind it to get my coat. Frame. It holds well enough in both places that no wind could close either door, but if I want the door to close I can pull on them lightly enough to loosen their magnetic retention.
