It is excellent. suitable for computers and accessories

How to stay cool. My son uses it when working with our bees. It's a little louder than I'd like, but a lot quieter than the brand I bought. It's very useful. It doesn't seem to cool the air blowing on you, just cools the metal plate at the back of your head. I'm not sure if it was really worth the extra money. I also bought another brand which is just a fan and doesn't "cool". It's much more adjustable (the direction the fan blows) and the noise level is the same.
