Review on 🎮 Electop HDMI to USB 3.0 Video Capture Device for Xbox & PS4- Full HD Game Recording Box with Dual HDMI Inputs and Audio Grabber by Bryan Fields

I bought this product specifically to download videos from the console to my computer. I've used OBS Studio with it and the combination has consistently given me great visual and audio results. The biggest problem is that the device cannot play continuous audio; the accompanying video is unmistakable. I've been troubleshooting throughout my setup to find the cause of the audio drop - everything from checking connections, switching cables, checking 120VAC filtering, to shutting down the system and rebooting. Unfortunately, the problem lies with the Electop video capture device. Based on my previous experience as an electronics engineer in process control, I'm inclined to assume that there is a weak solder joint that heats up, breaks contact for a moment, and resumes operation when it moves a fraction of a degree or so (somewhat) cooled much like a glass of water and a bird that dips a lot). I would also appreciate some manufacturer comments on my experience and how to replace it with a "golden board".
