GSXR1000 purchased without mirrors. They added the factory connector, a simple plug. After passing the connector through the windshield, the connection to the connector at the end of the mirror was disconnected. I had to do a little work to make it stronger but once I got them working they work well and look good. The hinge at the base is open as if they will fold, but they don't seem to fold at all. They look cheap up close, but from a distance they look a lot better than OEM. They don't have very good line of sight. I'm on a bike (215 pounds) and in my iconic jacket I can barely see around my arms. It's better than nothing or some OEMs stand out.
