I am a female, height 4, 5.5ft. According to the size chart I should order one size smaller. After reading other reviews I decided to order a size med. While it provided good support for my aching, overworked elbow, it was too tight, uncomfortably tight. I decided to return the medium size and ordered a size large. I have just received a package. You are the perfect size. Although it offers perfect support and pressure, my shoulder is still comfortable and doesn't feel pinched. So if you want to buy this for pain relief, order 2 sizes up.
