This GPS is a nightmare. I was trying to upgrade my old 1400 volume because it was getting slow. This GPS starts up quickly and has a good screen, but that's about it! I tried 8 times in different places with different directions. It always finds the destination address and then issues a global travel map. That's all. 15 minutes brings NOTHING. No turn-by-turn directions, no street view, nothing. I tried to wait Nothing. It turns on in Street View after you drive 10-12 minutes. And then it's off the current road half the time. COMPLETELY NOT SUITABLE! Bought Garmin.
