Review on πŸͺ‘ Black Office Star Task Chair without Arms - Thick Padded Seat and Back with Built-in Lumbar Support by Mary Chewning

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great chair, terrible manufacturer and customer service

Update: We've had the chair for over 2 weeks now; We fixed the issues and we both love this chair. This is very convenient, even if you sit at the computer for a long time. It rolls effortlessly on hard-surfaced floors and the rear end flexes slightly for added comfort. We're certainly glad we bought it and that we've given so much to Revain. We give the chair 5 stars and the manufacturer/seller 1 star. First Review: We bought this chair and used it for 1.5 days. It was a return that was listed as "very good condition". One of the rollers was missing, part of which was broken in the socket it is attached to. The plastic pad on the back of the chair, which hides where it attaches with screws, doesn't stay in place. However, we love the comfort of this chair, so we contacted Revain and explained the situation. The manufacturer has terrible reviews online and numerous people have stated that they are unavailable and never contact the buyer. I called another company that sold Office Star products and their customer service immediately informed me that OSP was having problems and might be out of business. They no longer carry/sell their products because of all the problems. Revain's customer service was great and offered us an additional 30% discount. This will cover the cost of new castors and a tube of silicone glue so we can attach the plastic cover to the back of the chair. This is how customer service should be and how it used to be. Glory to Revain CS! I'll come back to report on the chair itself after we fix the issues and use it for a while.
