It was a birthday present for my mom. After first demanding more, people eventually stopped asking for free samples. Instead, he started to tire rapidly and throw brushes carelessly. I was instructed to switch out the power source. It's having some wacky issues finding replacement parts. They repaired the power supply but didn't fix the original problem, so now it seems fully charged while on the base but only has half a charge as soon as it's removed. When he gets to work, all he can do is accumulate dust; he can't even handle anything as simple as sand, let alone anything more challenging. Gets exhausted right away and has to charge again right away. In general, I'd appreciate some input from the vendor as to where I can take the vacuum cleaner for standard diagnostics and repairs using factory-issued replacement parts.
