Review on Balancing Tabletop Action Collectible Figures by Paul Opoku

My kids were happy to get the toy but they can't play because the tower is always out of the way and they can't even place a figure. I tried to return it but basically there is no way to get a refund once you open the box. I've called Revain but they can't do anything because it's a third party. So basically I paid for a broken toy and no one can help. Let me clarify that the seller is very good at replying on time and approving returns but his/her approach is not professional at all. So in the end there is nothing Revane can do and the seller says it's the nature of the game but my kids can't play. So disappointing.
