The installation instructions that came with the P2 were a bit vague, but the MySpool website has good installation instructions. Once you set it up to connect to your own LAN's WiFi router, the rest of the setup (phone numbers for notifications, setting up temporary notifications, etc.) was quick and easy. MySpool is easy to use and works well. I have it in my garage to protect the freezer and the remote temperature and humidity sensor is routed inside the freezer. It was nice to see how detailed and accurate these sensors are. Using their website gives me a full history of the chart, and it's accurate enough to show my freezer cycling through temperature and humidity for no-freeze modes. I unplug the freezer and the notifications come up after a few seconds of no power every time. Presumably to prevent notifications in the event of brief blackouts or power outages. All in all, the MySpool P2 is a great device and worth the money. Especially in the head.
