My daughter just turned 2 and I bought her a size 2. It was too tight for her mid waist where the elastic is and then baggy at the shoulder straps and skirt. I just checked and they calculate the return shipping cost.
Pros
- It looks and fits as expected and the material is of good quality.
Cons
- Needed. And there are no shoulder straps... so it's just a skirt, not a dress skirt. And it's needed
