All five countersinks were improperly sharpened and didn't even cut plastic, just rubbed. Since I had to use two of these at once, I sanded them down with a bench grinder and that fixed them. Also, it doesn't matter if you're working with wood or plastic, but it should be 90 degrees, sometimes 82 degrees. Everything seems to be fine with steel, so they last a long time. Spend a little more and get Irwin. The automatic punch works perfectly.
