callers hear echo of their vocie

I've had 2 major problems with this item and feel the need to replace it with something different: with the case on, people on the other end of calls report hearing an echo of their voices; the cut-out slots for the charging cord and headphone jack are difficult to access.
Some jacks will not connect at all.

Pros

I bought this for my boyfriend and he thinks it’s too bulky but I think it’s great for protection

Cons

The color and design is ugly
