The packaging says "Large " but the sock size is XS or S.

I love smartwool socks and my son loves them. I gave two stars because I ordered a size Large (youth size 3-6 as per the size chart) and received a package marked Large but the socks look like a size S or XS. Looks like the wrong socks were put in the package. It can be seen that the socks are smaller than the package. They were supposed to be a Christmas present for my son who specifically requested them. i will return it The photo I took shows the children's environment that we already had.

Elasticated arch band. Flat knit seam at the top. 56% Merino Wool, 43% Nylon, 1% Elastane. Machine wash in cold water, tumble dry low. Made in the USA from imported yarn.
