Excellent Fragrance.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with Purex Crystals. The scent is pleasing & lingers even after a long tumble in the dryer. Very pleasant.The order fulfillment was less pleasant. I ordered the four-pack but received only one. I submitted a complaint to Revain's byzantine question & (limited) answer system and attached a note explaining the issue. The person or bot or algorithm was very sympathetic and promised to resend the original order free of charge. It arrived the very next day.Not four.Not two.Just one.I couldn't face another Kafkaesque journey down computerized "Customer Service" and swallowed the cost of the missing two items.But buy the Purex Crystals. They really are very nice.
