This is an email I sent to HCPetservice@163.com on the order summary asking for feedback from which I never received a response. Posted May 22, 2021zHi, I previously bought the same boots but in yellow size which is one size bigger than the blue boots. Blue was previously unavailable. In any case, I really liked it when these boots had two Velcro straps. At some point you must have switched to a long strap and now I have a boot just like that. My dog has DM which is similar to ALS in humans but in dogs. I use boots to protect his hind legs when he's on wheels. Anyway, I'm very disappointed in this pair. It took me forever to strap it onto my boots and within the first 10 minutes of our walk one boot fell off 3 times. I literally had to wrap a strap around his leg five times to keep it in place. The problem is that the elastic part of the strap sticks to the velcro so nothing sticks when you reach the reflective element. Anyway, I get through pretty quickly because his back legs are dragging and now I just let my toes touch the ground. He can use his hind legs 25% of the time and when he's in the wheels and harness he can use his sharp toes to propel himself. Anyway, I want you guys to go back to the two strap model. A long strap is almost useless and annoying. It's hard enough having a 70 pound puppy with a DM, but when the boots fell off halfway through I was just exhausted and depressed. Many Thanks.
