I really like this ring. It was an anniversary present. No, the price wasn't great, but don't let that fool you, it's amazing. I wear it almost every day since I got it. My finger hasn't turned green yet. I take it off when washing dishes, applying lotion, or dipping my hand in a bucket of laundry water. As a result of an accident, my hand was badly injured and I cannot wear some rings because they may not rub properly. The stone is amazing. It seems to change color with the environment. I love how it looks like a London blue topaz one minute, a peacock sapphire the next, and then a beautiful original blue. This is a real blue sapphire but as you can see from my drawing in this case it looks different depending on the environment and lighting. It's light, doesn't feel tasteless at all, and doesn't really look tasteless. Ideal for everyday wear, cocktail parties, dinners with friends or family, or an elegant night out. To be honest if something happens to it I won't be mad unless I can buy it again because the price is great and I've beaten it pretty well in two and a half weeks and it's still great. My friend did well.
