Fantastic trainer! I've used Cohesions before. A friend suggested I check them out and I'm so glad I did. Lots of cushioning under the sole, the rocker shape helps create great toe-off. This pressure caused some tightness in my clothing during my transition to these boots, but a little restoration work helped resolve that. Speed, pace and light runs are significantly faster with less effort than my previous shoes. Only concern is the durability of the upper mesh near the toes. I hope that I can drive as many kilometers with it as with the clutch.
