I really like this monitor mount, but the tilt mechanism has a design flaw that causes the monitor to slowly tilt forward over time. No matter how hard I tighten the screw on the tilt mechanism, the monitor slowly tilts forward over time. or whenever I adjust my arm. Each side of the tilt mechanism has a plastic washer and a metal washer. Removing the plastic disc from one side of the mechanism solved the problem. If that doesn't work I will replace the washer with a lock washer. This keeps the monitor from tilting once tightened, but in my case there's no reason for me to regularly adjust the tilt once I've set it up the way I need it.
