Less than 2 months after purchasing this Dell Latitude direct from Dell it stopped working. A week later a technician was sent to my house but they sent a hard drive with no operating system so the laptop didn't work after he left. Dell then sent me a hard drive which I had to replace myself after watching the tutorial videos. Finally changed it after a few hours and it still doesn't work. I bought it because I read good reviews about low maintenance, but after this experience I'm going back to Toshiba. The call center is terribly slow and I can't understand some of the staff.
