At first I thought this was a great product. It was the first time I used it. I bought it with the intention of buying something that both I and my elderly aunt who I live with can use, which would make our life easier because she is very weak and I am disabled, but after the second use I was definitely wrong! It's great if you can flick the mop head onto a post, but that's not uncommon. Although I used it because I like the idea, I wore gloves when mopping so I could physically point the mop at the pole. It was a great idea for a product, but terrible execution! I'm thinking of buying a regular non-compact mop, but from the response I received when I emailed Quickie with my issue, I'm not sure I'll give them another dime would like! They wanted me to contact the seller to find out what their return policy was. I didn't even reply to that email because what retailer, even Revain, would be willing to return a used mop?
