Do not throw away the packaging.
I have ordered and returned this product three times within two weeks. I hope the latter works properly or I will cancel the order entirely and request a full refund. This tablet is notorious for being stuck on the welcome screen for hours and not getting past that screen. It's frustrating to have to shut down and restart an unrepaired machine.
