I bought this Viper waste water hose on 04/15/21. Not even 2 months have passed. I did a lot of research on sewer hoses to find one that would last for my RV. By comparison, my last drain hose cost half as much and lasted just over a year. before the same problem occurred. I'm attaching an image so you can see it. The hose broke right where it connected to the waste water adapter. Oof! 😪 What a disappointment! My husband just wanted to glue the old hose onto the duct adapter but I told him I want to order a new hose and I will find a much better quality hose and don't worry. So I'm a bit confused now. I was very proud and thought I did the right thing until he told me the hose broke in the same spot. I thought he was joking. I went outside and just couldn't believe it! I know the hose is out of warranty and I wouldn't want to box it up and ship it anyway, but I know this because I've been in the business myself for many years. that you cannot improve as a company if your customers do not tell you about their problems. I'm even more disappointed because I can't find a way to contact you. the company I bought it from to let you know what happened. Oh so disappointed!
